AarogyaAI ensures that all of the individual’s personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), AarogyaAI may be forced to disclose information to the government, law enforcement agencies or third parties.

Notwithstanding the above, we may share information that does not identify you (including information that has been aggregated or de-identified) except as prohibited by applicable law.
